Please be fully aware that I DO NOT ship adult shrimp for several very good reasons. Young shrimp in the 1/4 to 1/2 inch range assure you that your shrimp are around 1 month old at time of purchase and will thus acclimate easier, adapt better, and live a full long life in your tank. Since Freshwater Dwarf Shrimp do not live much longer than 1 to 2 years on average getting young shrimp is the best way to go. Older shrimp are also much more likely to die of shipping related stress than young shrimp. All of the shrimp I sell are young from my own tanks and in top health and condition guaranteed! I know it is always tempting to go for full grown shrimp to have that instant colony, but often new hobbyists learn the hard way that this is not always the case.

Orders are packed in the order in which they were received. At times, this may cause temporary shortages of some animals. You will be notified if such shortages occur, and given the option of waiting for me to get them back in, subbing another animal, or getting a refund. Livestock is shipped WEATHER PERMITTING. You will be notified if such conditions may effect you at the time of your order. Orders are shipped with either a heat pack or an ice pack, depending on what is needed at the time. These are included in the shipping cost. I will not ship under conditions that I feel will surly kill your shrimp and we will discuss alternatives.

If there are DOA I must be notified within 24 hours and shown a photo of the dead shrimp still in the bag they were sent in and we will figure out what to do about getting your order replaced without further problems.
